Miss Emily
Co-Founder
Emily is a passionate dance and wellness educator who studied Contemporary Dance at university, before deepening her practice through yoga training in India.
She founded Lunar Ballet Company, a baby ballet school designed for children aged 4 months to reception age, nurturing a love of movement from the earliest years.
As her young ballerinas grew, Emily co-created RISE alongside Sophie - a follow-on school that supports students as they continue their dance journey through childhood and into their teens.
Alongside Lunar Ballet and RISE, Emily co-owns a wellness retreat company, The Wellness Tribe, which blends her love for movement, mindfulness, and connection.
The combination of all three companies is a perfect balance - which reflects Emily’s passion for lifelong creativity and wellbeing.
